   - Orders placed after 12 p.m. (EST) on Fridays will not be processed for shipment until the following business day
   - If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day

Refund/Return Policy:

For Online purchases:

   - Must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt
   - Must contain at least 75 percent of unused contents
   - Must contain original packaging
   - Must contain a note stating reason for return along with the RMA# provided by calling 877-363-9863. Your account will be credited for the purchase amount. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
   - Please note: There are No Refunds offered after 30 days or for Free Trials

Exchange Policy:

   - Return original, usused item to the address above within 60 days
   - Place new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. All orders will be shipped ground arriving within 3-10 business days. Select "express service" for rapid shipment.
